My daughter and I came from Minnesota to experience Oregon Wine Country. Nick and Megan’s property was the perfect home base for us as we visited many of the wineries in the area. The property was spacious for the two of us, the kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t make many meals there, we could have! We appreciated having laundry facilities there. We absolutely loved the theater room. Great way to end the day after a long day of wine tasting! We took advantage of the outdoor space for morning coffee time and evening glasses of wine! We loved the peace and quiet and the amazing scenery of farms and vineyards.
Make sure to visit the Carlton Bakery for delicious baked goods and friendly service! Loved the Thai restaurant in Forest Grove👍
We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

-Owner was very responsive to questions, thoughtful, and accommodating
-Extremely quiet location with a beautiful view of the valley
-Bedroom/Room configuration/amenities match what descriptions/pictures
-Affordable rates
One item of note is that you are not renting a home, rather you are renting the bottom floor of a nice home. It is private/secure, and though the upstairs occupant (presume owner) are very respectful, there will be some infrequent noise from foot steps and water drains. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of for those that may be sensitive to it.

This is a tough one…this space in in the downstair...
This is a tough one…this space in in the downstairs of someone’s home. So the entire time we were there we heard nothing but little running across the floor. (IT WAS NOT QUIET)
So here are the pro’s & con’s…
Pro’s
Beautiful out of town space in the country
Beds were comfortable
The kitchenette was beautiful
Con’s
Not romantic or quiet
The internet connection for “the theatre” was extremely poor couldn’t watch anything thru due to constant buffering
The cat smell was overwhelming
Front door locking problem
The property looked like a construction sight

Cute and Comfortable
Minutes from town, but feels like a secluded getaway! Comfortable beds, kind hosts, easy check in and out.

Great vacation home!
This is a quality place to stay with a quiet rural location but close to Portland activities. We took a day trip all the way to Multnomah Falls that was only a 4 hour round trip including lunch and hiking. Really enjoyed the theater room and the comfy bed.

Great space and location to enjoy wine tasting
The property is just as pictured. Beds were comfy. Great kitchen. Enjoyed pizza on the patio after a day of wine tasting. It is a shared space and you do get some noise from upstairs. Didn’t bother us but something to consider. Would love to stay again.

Great Stay!
House was lovely, the theater room was fantastic and we loved the peace and quiet of being away from the city.
Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway to hang out together.
