The Granary – Is a traditional barn which has been lovingly converted to a high specification self catering holiday let, open plan living with exposed beams, wrought iron features & Juliette balcony.. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a pleasant & memorable stay for our guests.
The Granary is fully furnished with open plan fitted kitchen, breakfast bar/work area & lounge.
Under floor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump.
The Granary has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom & bathroom on the first floor, with a separate shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests.

A really beautiful,absolutely spotless house. Perfectly situated for the wedding we attended in warik house. A lovely farm with lovely surrounding s. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. Thanks to Rita.

We are opposite the lay-by on the left hand side of the A425 with 2 white pillars in the grass verge and the Napton Fields Farm & Holiday Cottages sign. If arriving from Napton we are on the right hand side of the road.
