Wifi available at no extra cost Bed linen and towels are provided Arrive from 3 pm Depart by 10 am Pedestrian access from the High Street leads down to the front door of the cottage, there is a small entrance hall to store your boots, another door opens into the open-plan kitchen within dining area. The rear door leads directly into the large patio complete with outside table and chairs, a lovely spot to catch the afternoon sun. The lounge, bathroom and bedroom are all on the first floor. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 4). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow you dogs on the furniture and do not leave them alone in the property at any time. The kitchen has recently been updated with all new units and appliances, including electric oven and hob, under-counter fridge (no freezer) and washing machine. Electricity and heating costs are included in the price. The property is fitted with modern electric heaters throughout, they have been programmed for you however can be adjusted to suit your preferences and provide instant heat on demand if required. A television with Freeview is situated in the lounge. Wifi is available. A hair dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided for your convenience. Bed linen, duvets, pillows, blankets and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like salt, pepper, oil and a few herbs or spices available. Basic cleaning materials, tea-towels, toilet roll and hand wash will also be provided. The large patio to the rear of the cottage is walled so it is totally enclosed and private. A wooden table and set of 4 chairs is provided, complete with parasol for you to enjoy this peaceful spot and dining al-fresco when the weather permits. There is no allocated parking available with Gazebo Cottage. Porlock Central Car Park costs £5 per day, or £25 for a week. To obtain this price of £25, payment must be made via the Phone and Pay system, further information is displayed in the car park. There is also an element of free parking around the village, plus a further short stay car park (Doverhay) in the village, which is max 2 hours.More

Dog friendly, cosy, handy, quiet. Good information, particularly on local walks. Beautiful area and a perfect base to enjoy it from!
