From the moment you enter the house into the luxury tiled porch you know you are about to encounter something very special. You will be greeted by the most spectacular view from any house on the coast. The detached beach house comprises the following: entrance porch with small seating area, high quality kitchen with breakfast bar, Neff appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer and American Fridge Freezer with ice machine and filtered water. The kitchen opens up to a spectacular living and dining area with a marble and glass table, window seat and two large sofas. Sliding doors lead out on to the large deck area with glass balcony showcasing panoramic views from Filey Brigg to Bempton Cliffs. There is also a small astro turf garden with additional patio seating area to catch the evening sun. Spacious luxury bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding bath. Master bedroom with two sea view windows and luxurious gold and silver designer ensuite. Spacious second bedroom with sea view, sliding patio doors out on to the garden. Third bedroom with triple sleeper bunk (double and single) with indoor and outdoor ensuite. This second ensuite is also accessed from an external door ideal for use as a private toilet whilst at the beach and rinsing the sand from your toes before entering the main house. The beds provide silk mattresses for extra comfort and there is the opportunity for you to sample our favourite Neals Yard toiletries whilst staying in the house. We have tried to create an oasis of calm where by all you have to worry about is whether it’s high tide. Wifi Freesat TV Parking for two cars. Two single steps into the house, otherwise all on one level. Strictly no pets. Situated in the middle of Filey’s 5 mile Bay. Nearest shop, restaurants and amusements etc 200 metres away March – November. Outside this time it is 1km away. Private beach access point five minutes walk from the house. 25 minutes walk on the beach to Filey centre. Hunmanby Village 2 miles away with lots of pubs and shops. Filey Golf Course 1km away.
