A lovely modern detached house with a light and airy atmosphere inside. Located on a residential estate, approximately 2 miles from Sittingbourne town centre and train station, with local shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The house has 3 bedrooms: one double room with en-suite shower/wc, one bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and one small single bedroom. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
Lounge/diner has a dining table/chairs, Large HDTV, DVD player, CD stereo, Wi-Fi router & telephone.

Lovely house in quiet location, clean,tidy and modern throughout. Our group consisted of 3 adults and a dog,property owner was more than happy for us to bring our dog, there are plenty of grassed/wooded areas for walking. Shops and pub within 5 minutes of house....More

About the neighbourhood
Sittingbourne has very little to offer visitors as a tourist destination in it's own right. The town is dominated by light industry and is renowned for it's paper making.

However, there is attractive countryside and farmland all around with many pretty country villages dotted about. Sittingbourne is also a very convenient base for visitors to Kent with some of the county's main attractions within 30 minutes drive or train journey from the town. These include Canterbury, Leeds Castle, Howlett's Wildlife Park and Dickens World.

There are blue flag beaches nearby on the Isle of Sheppey, approximately 15 minutes by car.
