***All bed linen now included in your stay*** *** Newly refurbished kitchen, photos to follow*** 11 Vista Court is a 1st floor apartment just a few steps from the east beach and less than 5 minutes into town. It is well situated to enjoy all Sheringham and North Norfolk have to offer. There is of course the blue flag beach, the steam train, the Little Theatre, and a variety of shops, tea shops and restaurants. We fell in love with Sheringham because it is such a friendly place. It is like stepping back in time with the steam railway and the fact most of our shopping is still done in the little independent stores. We love the beach in the summer and walking the coast path with the waves crashing the shore. Our apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the second with two 2'6' beds that can be joined to make a kingsize. There is also a travel cot and mattress if needed. Duvets and pillows are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave dishwasher and children's dinnerware and cutlery. There is a laundrette at the end of the road. PLEASE BRING TEA TOWELS AND ALL TOWELS. The lounge has sofas seating 5 and dining to seat 5. We have a 40' flatscreen tv with a smart blueray player. We have a selection of books, toys, games and DVDs. We realise how much there is to pack with children and so we also provide a highchair, bed guard, blackout curtains in both rooms, a travel cot and a pushchair if requested in advance. Although wifi is not available, we have good coverage for 3G in the flat and have coverage from a BT wifi hotspot. There are many cafes locally that offer free Wifi. Enjoy the views of the sea, over the town to the golf course beyond, and the sunsets from the sofa or balcony. A welcome pack is provided as well as duvets and pillows. We understand most people would rather bring their own bedding, however if you would like it provided we can do this. Please check the extras section when booking. ***ACCESSIBILITY, PLEASE READ - This is a first floor flat and so unsuitable for wheelchairs as there is no lift. There is one flight of stairs to the entrance and a further flight to the flat. The is all on one level once inside.*** Booking - Our changeover day in June, July, Aug and Sept is Saturday and booking is for a minimum of one week. Outside of this the changeover day is flexible and minimum booking is 3 nights. Parking - although we do not have an allocated space there is an area in front of the flats that you can use if there is a space., which there normally is. Alternatively you can park in the long stay car park directly in front. I can provide the booking form for this. It is £27.50 for a week and the permit can be used all over North Norfolk.More

About the neighbourhood
Sheringham is the quintessential north Norfolk flinty seaside town; a high-street haven of ice creams and crab sandwiches, postcards and holiday knick-knacks. It is like stepping back in time, you can do all of your shopping in the towns independent green grocers, bakers, butchers and fish mongers without ever needing the supermarket. Sheringham is perfectly placed with the sea to the north and countryside to the south.Come rain or shine Sheringham has something for everyone. Walkers will love the coastal path, walk up Beeston bump and to Cromer beyond. To the west walk over the golf course and see all the way to Blakeney. Inland there are many walks, towards Sheringham park or Felbrigg hall.Explore the steam railway station, take a visit on the train to Weybourne and Holt and take a look...
Getting around
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and town is 5 minutes away so a car is not needed. However if you would like to travel further afield you can get the train to corner and onto Not. The NN railway will take you to Holt and Sheringham is well served by coastal buses.
