One of its key features is it's lovely english style landscaped garden complete with split level pond, BBQ patio area and Summer House. The cottage is a superb example of an early 20th century semi-detached North Norfolk cottage and is set up with everything you will need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday. The property features a lounge accessed from the hallway, a separate dining/breakfast room towards the rear of the property beyond which can be found the kitchen and a utility area. The bathroom is upstairs and features a bath with an overhead power shower. The property is gas central heated throughout and the lounge also features a magnificent decorative fireplace. Arcadia cottage sleeps up to five and features 3 bedrooms (a double, a twin and a single bedroom). A cot for a baby and a stairgate are also available upon request. The garden to the rear is large and sun filled and is accessed via the side of the property or from the backdoor in the kitchen. It is fully enclosed and contains a summer house, patio area with BBQ facilities and garden furniture, that is great for relaxing and sunbathing. Warning: the garden does contain a small split level pond so families with small children need to be careful. They will however immensely enjoy the annual drama afforded by the local frog population. Off -street parking for a single car is available at the front of the cottage. An additional (second) space on the road directly in front of the property can also be used by guests (as this is used for access to the off-street parking space). Arcadia Cottage is non-smoking throughout. Included in your stay: free WIFI, a Welcome Pack, all bed linen, bath and hand towels and gas central heating. The lounge includes a Freeserve TV and DVD player for guest use. The kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Local interest literature, some games and a collection of novels are also available. The cottage is centrally located, being only a short 5 minute (300m) walk from both the beach and the town centre with all the amenities it has to offer.More
