The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by idilic views over open farm land.

Happisburgh is a village in the English county of Norfolk. It is situated off the B1159 coast road from Ingham to Bacton. Happisburgh has an iconic red-and-white striped lighthouse, which is the only independently operated lighthouse in Great Britain. It is also the oldest working lighthouse in East Anglia having been constructed in 1790. It is open to the public during the summer. Other attractions include; an owl sanctuary, St Mary's church, the local public house and café's. Happisburgh has sandy beaches that are a ten minute walk from the barn.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Horse Barn. The property is beautifully finished and the outside space is lovely- just a shame the evenings were a bit too chilly to sit outside to eat.

pretty much in the title, worth the walk from Overstrand into Cromer. visit the local burger shack near lighthouse [good value] worth going to Alby Craft Center near Cromer. good setting, well converted and equipped with everything you need
