This is a beautifully restored coach house. The original stone floor is evident and heated throughout the downstairs via geothermal heating. It is a spacious house and very suitable for large groups. Beautiful views over the Peak District.

There is a large wooden beamed lounge that has been host to many birthday parties over the past 7 years, as well as hen do's, stag do's, retirements, reunions and even a small wedding.

This house is steeped in history and is a real landmark in Holmesfield. The kitchen is modern and inviting, the games room includes a pool table and also a table football. There is one small step into the house, and 2 steps into the living-room.

Stayed with the family for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. We had a great time. The cottage was very clean and plenty of room for everyone.

Holmesfield: Holmesfield Holmesfield is a Parish based around two centres of population; the village of Holmesfield itself, and the hamlet of Millthorpe. It is made up of a number of farming hamlets situated above the Cordwell Valley. The village is very pleasantly situated in a highly respectable neighbourhood and contains several very genteel habitations. The Parish extends beyond Owler Bar to the West and towards Dronfield to the East.
