Had a lovely week at the cottage. Views from out the back across the estuary were simply stunning in all weathers! We enjoyed watching weather systems come and go with the tide over a hot drink.
Cottage was equipped with all the home comforts with good cooking facilities. It was a cosy warm welcome back after some wet and windy walks. Can’t wait to visit again.

Outstanding property which we have stayed in now 3 times and will continue to do so. Breathtaking view from rear of property. The cottage has everything you need for a very relaxing stay. So cosy and comfy. The kitchen is really well equipped. Beautiful village with great village atmosphere. Good food in a couple of pubs.
Got last train of the season from Ravenglass to Eskdale which is so much fun. Slight problem with cleaning in a couple of areas but understand its a new cleaner and I'm sure it was just a glitch. We will be back!

Lovely little cottage in the centre. Patio looks over the estuary and gives stunning views. Well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Clean,tidy and lovely inside. Highly recommended. Any questions were quickly answered.

Wow, what a find. This beautiful cottage has everything you need for a wonderful break. The cottage itself was immaculate with so many thoughtful extras. We could not fault it. The view out the back was stunning and we loved sitting watching the changing tide, in the morning from bed with a cuppa, and from the patio in the evening. The location was great with a fab pub just up the road if you fancy a drink or meal out. Plenty of wonderful walks around and the steam train for a special trip out. We honestly could not fault our stay and hope to go back. One of the best places we have been too. Definitely 5*plus.

The cottage is comfortable, stylish and spotlessly clean. We loved drinking a glass of wine on the decking with outstanding views over the estuary.
