Tucked behind Cheadle's charming Georgian High St. Hidden Cottage offers secluded and spacious self catering accommodation for couples wanting peace and quiet as well as all the town's amenities on the doorstep. The cottage is ideal for short spring and summer breaks mid week or weekends. Reserved free parking nearby, self check in. Alton Towers is a 15 minute drive as well as easy access to the Peak District and The Potteries.

The accommodation at Hidden Cottage consists of a comfortable living room with Satellite TV 32'' flat screen television, French doors lead to a lovely private terraced courtyard ( a sun trap ) for you to use, perfect for outdoor dining. The cottage operates on a key safe system. You will have the facilities all to yourself so you can come and go as you please. I will not disturb you. However,I am just on the other end of the phone if you need me.

Lovely little cottage which is the perfect size for two people. Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

Hidden cottage is an ideal location for exploring the countryside of the Peak district as well as the Roaches, Churnet Valley, Consall Forge, Dovedale and the Manifold Valley. Visit the market towns of Leek, Ashbourne and Bakewell and the Spa town of Buxton which are all are within easy reach. Stately homes Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Gawsworth Hall are all within an hours drive (32 mile radius). The National Memorial Arboretum 30 miles, Uttoxeter Racecourse 10.5 miles. Easy access to JCB and Lafarge and a good bus service to Hanley for the Theatre Royal,Regent Theater and Nightclubs. Trentham Gardens and the Monkey Park are approximatley 7 miles away. A great base for visiting the factory shops in Stoke on Trent.
Getting around
Walk around the Market Town of Cheadle Staffordshire and discover ' Pugin's gem' St Giles Church designed and built by Augustin Pugin who is famous for designing the Houses of Parliament.Visit the the Victorian indoor market. Supermarkets,shops and pubs all within walking distance. Lovely coffee shops and Craft and Vintage Stores are just a short stroll from the door.
