With the addition of the new hot tub and barrel sauna, you can relax and recharge to the fullest throughout the stay! When Rainy days call for indoor fun, cozy up around the fireplace while binge watching Netflix/Youtube on the Smart TV or on a 150" screen projector, playing board games/cards, or reading book, and getting competitive around the pool and foosball table. Located within an hour from Arrowhead Provincial Park and Hidden Valley Ski Area, and one and a half hour from Algonquin Park, our place is ideal to extend your stay and explore the nature beauty in Autumn and Winter while keeping active with hiking, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and skiing. COTTAGE DETAILS MAIN FLOOR of cottage has: - bedrooms: 3 - beds: 4 - 1st/Master bedroom: 1 king bed with balcony overlooking the lake & en-suite with jacuzzi - 2nd bedroom: 2 double beds - 3rd bedroom: 1 queen bed - 1 shared washroom with shower - full and spacious kitchen with eat-in - dining room overlooking the lake - spacious living room with fireplace - deck with dining and couch, and BBQ + propane - accessible, no staircase for the main floor LOWER FLOOR of cottage has: - bedrooms: 2 - beds: 4 - 1st bedroom: 1 queen, 2 single beds - 2nd bedroom: 1 king, with window overlooking the lake - 2 full bathrooms with double sink and a bath tub/shower - large kitchenette/2nd dining area with an island - spacious living room with electric fireplace and sofa and a pool table, foosball & dart board - laundry room - accessible from outside with no staircase WHAT WE PROVIDE: - bed sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, pillowcases - body soap, shampoo and conditioner - toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom, please bring extra if you need more) - cooking basics: pots, pans, rice cooker, bread toaster, salad spinner - plate, bowls, serving plate/bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, wine glass - Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee pot and paper filter - kitchen items: salt, black pepper, sugar, vegetable oil, TEAS (orange pekoe, earl grey, green tea), and Nescafe instant coffee, aluminum foil - kitchen/dish towels, paper towel - dishwasher, dishwasher soap pods - dish soap, sponges, hand soap - garbage bags (garbage/recycle bags and organic waste bags) - first aid kit (in the kitchen top-glass-cabinet) - internet/wifi - fun games: pool table, foosball, dart board, various board games OUTDOOR RECRETIONAL: - Sandy Beach with big firepit and Muskoka chairs - Dock with Muskoka chairs - Hot Tub - 7 seaters - Barrel Sauna with full panoramic window - 6-8 people - Stand-Up-Paddle Board (2), Canoe, Kayak (2 for adult/kid), Water Raft, paddle boat/paddles, life jackets (certain size, please bring your own for young children) - Outdoor games: cornhole, spike balls, ladder toss THINGS TO BRING: - flip-flops, kindly put on when walking around the deck and before entering the hot tub and sauna - swim/beach/sauna towels - sunblock lotion (non-stain) - insect repellent - kitchen items: coffee pods (Keurig suitable coffee pods), spices, cream, milk - paper products: napkins, facial tissue - if you wish, a USB stick with your favorite movies - indoor/outdoor games GUEST ACCESS: Exact location information is provided after a booking is confirmed. The cottage is keypad entry, as the code will be provided closer to the date of your stay. MAX CAPACITY (per Municipality By-Law): 10 people, does not include babies/infants under 2 years old. OWNER ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: The owners/their hired professionals may need access to the property during your stay. We would always contact you in advance before accessing the property. The reason for access would be: lawn mowing, gardening, and watering of the lawn. We would do our best to be quick and efficient. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Please read through and follow the HOUSE RULES. - There are security cameras outdoors facing the cottage entrance from the deck and the beach area. - Please check out the listing for any latest update prior to your stay.
