Great location, spacious apartment
Just returned after a wonderful 10 days in this great apartment. 10 mins walk from Flower street, beach and main attractions. On arrival was concerned about the closeness to the main road, but really couldn’t hear traffic in the apartment, and made interesting viewing sitting in the balcony at night.
Everything you need is in this apartment, from beach towels to cool bag, dvds and books to read. On site shop very reasonable, and plenty of places to eat close by - tbh you’re spoilt for choice.

Very good location
Owner very friendly if you need anything she's happy have a long chat with you.
Sue and dave who look after appartment lovely people.
Appartment very clean and well looked after stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time here (even lilos)
Perfect view of the pool from the balcony.
Powerful shower always a bonus.
Can hear very little in the appartment from the pool area at night where some people gather to relax and have a drink.(would not worry about noise and the worry it's a drinking destination)
All staff on site friendly and fix any issues promptly.
Good location for family's or group of friends.
Everything is easily accessible from this Accomidation I am disabled and didn't find the beach or main strip an issue to reach
Can't say enough good things about the owner, Accomidation, staff or sunny beach area.
Would 100% recomend to friends and family (I already have) and I will be returning to this property in the future with out a doubt.

Excellent Home away from Home Apartment
Absolutely brilliant location so near to wonderful restaurants,beach, fab market stalls ladies bring an empty suitcase!!! There is a lovely walk along the beach to the wonderful old town of nessabar.The apt was a home away from home, very comfortable everything we needed was in it. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. We were met at the airport and brought to our apt all arranged for us by the owner Elizabeth and again on our departure we were picked up and brought to the airport.We will definitely visit again.

home from home
Great location close to beach and main attractions, supermarket close by to get those comfort foods. Everything in the apartment you could want, it was quiet when we were there, should imagine July, August would be busier if that's what you want. This was a girls holiday, felt safe in and around the area.

spacious comfortable apartment
Lovely comfortable spacious apartment. Situated within walking distance of the resort centre and bars it is an ideal location.
The pool area has plenty of sun lounges.

Stunning two bedroom apartment.
Situated in a quiet location within walking distance of the vibrant resort of Sunny Beach. This excellent apartment had all the modern amenities we needed and was spotlessly clean and tidy.
Just a short stroll away from shops, restaurants and bars it was ideal position.
The pool area had plenty of sun lounges that we’re available all day, so no worrying about getting a place by the pool.,
We found the people warm and friendly in Sunny beach and would not hesitate to recommend a visit.

Amazing Sunny Beach apartment
Spent a week in this apartment in June and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very tidy, spacious, cozy and like a home from home. On arrival Betty had everything you could possibly need even down to tea and coffee, which we were extremely grateful for. There’s air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area, and a balcony overlooking the pool downstairs. The location is perfect, walking distance from plenty of restaurants, pubs, clubs and of course the beach. There’s even a notice board in the living room with information on everything there is to do in Sunny Beach. You can clearly see they put in a big effort to make this a lovely place to stay. Would 100% recommend this apartment, I have no bad words to say, thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would definitely go back again!

Fantastic apartment, great location
We had a 2 week break in this fantastic apartment. Really good size, very clean.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge. Everything you need is in the apartment, iron, ironing board,kettle,toaster,fully equipped kitchen. massive fridge for storing our drinks and big freezer compartment.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained.
transfers were arranged for us and Chris picked us up at the airport. the linen was changed at the halfway point. Also Chris and his wife were on hand locally should we need anything.
Onsite supermarket and a bigger one across the road. pool was nice and the grounds kept clean and tidy
Betty and Dave have a great apartment and communication with them is first class
We would highly recommend booking this apartment, and thanks to Betty and Dave for renting it to us

Amazing apartment
This was the third time staying in this apartment. As always, everything you need is there. Like a home from home.
Betty &Dave are very helpful with any info you may need about the resort or the apartment. Sue & Chris (look after the apartment and do transfers) were lovely too.
Even tho there were some younger groups there they were well behaved. A little noisy when the come in, early in the morning, but earplugs do the trick.
There is a small shop on sight. But if you need a few extra bits there is a larger store over the main road. The staff very helpful, as we had a coeliac with us and they pointed out all the gluten free food. We also had a card, written in Bulgarian regarding this to show waiters. we left a couple of these at the apartment if any other guests may need them.
The apartment is a stones throw away from the centre. Also it's close to some really good places to eat. Lapa lapa is great for breakfast. A little slow service in the evening tho. Mandarin, over the main road and through a passage, awesome. Djannys has been done up & looks fantastic. Prices have gone up a bit this year in most places we are out in. The exchange rate was between 2.10 & 2.14 for the 2 weeks we were there.
The Aquapark nessebar is brilliant too. Well worth a visit. Added a couple of pics.
I recommend this apartment to anyone that wants a holiday, but not feel as tho they are on holiday, like I said it's a home from home. There is so much more I could write, but I'm not one for words. If you decide to book this apartment, it's a very wise choice, you will really enjoy it. Happy hols. X

home from home perfectly located apartment
this apartment is in a ideal location close to shops and short walk to beach and local amenities. It has two comfortable bedrooms large lounge dinning are and well stocked kitchen. there is everything in this kitchen along with the basics that are very welcome, including a freezer apartment in the fridge for making ice for cold drinks when we have been sitting round the pool by the apartment. close by are some wonderful restaurants which are quite reasonably priced, and varied. there are some picturesque towns close by for sightseeing and shopping, and some trips to local places to vist and se Bulgarian culture, this is our second visit and will go again.

About the neighbourhood
Sunny Beach is a major seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located approximately 30 km north of Burgas in Nessebar municipality, Burgas Province. It is the biggest and most popular holiday resort in Bulgaria. There are over 130 restaurants and numerous live music bars, pubs, nightclubs, discos, cafes. The main beach is several kilometers long and extends along a wide bay between Sveti Vlas and Nessebar. For the more energetic holiday maker there is a wealth of water sports available including para gliding, water skiing, sailing and banana boat rides. The Aqua Parks with their variety of water slides, cocktail bars and restaurants are only a short distance away. Keeping children happy should not be a problem as there are plenty of attractions along the promenade including karting, mini golf, peddle boats, bouncy castles and slides.
Getting around
Taxis are reasonable, suggest - agree the fare before journey commences.
The local busses are very cheap and run frequently to many places.
Timetables are displayed in nearby station.
There are lots of day trips advertised by local agents, a great way to see places, also jeep safari and quad bikes etc. avail. Water parks nearby with free shuttle service.
Nessebar is worth visiting, cobbled streets etc. Bus, boat, road train or just walk along the beach.

The nearest airport is Bourgas with a transfer time of 30 minutes by car or taxi to Sunny Beach.
Varna airport is approx. 90 minutes transfer time.
Private airport transfers can be arranged. £60 return per group.
The main Bus Station in Sunny Beach is nearby.
Car hire is another option. Very reasonable rates.
