My home is unusual, because it has been reformed with lots of character, with a very large farm house kitchen with open fire place, with french doors out to the summer dining area and spring and autumn sitting area under cover, uncovered in summer. The garden is unique, with a variety of exotic fruit trees, chill out area with loungers, on astro turf, lots of terrace space and cosy tables and chairs for chats, a lovely bar area with all the necessary to keep your drinks cold. The small pool is adequate to keep cool and have fun in, one can swim against the jets when the pump is on. The pool is lit at night. The garden is all light up with small spots at night all over the garden giving the place a magical feeling. Large bbq is near to the kitchen area for summer cooking. All the bedrooms except one has their own terraces,all ensuite except one bedroom which has a jack and jill bathroom with one of the double en suite bedrooms. The house has 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and a downstairs WC. The bedroom on the ground floor is ample with en suite and dressing room, stepping out on to the porch and into the garden. The bed is supper king size. There is a gorgeous sitting room with an ingle-nook fire place with a wood burner which gives the room lots of atmosphere. The house is central heated through out for winter, and has air conditioning in the down stairs bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. All the other bedrooms have over head fans, as the house sits high there is always a cool breeze blowing so the house is cool. The house has a garage which means that you can drive down with one car to deliver your groceries. The house is situated on the edge of the village but one minute walk into the centre of the village where you will find all types of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, with all the necessary. We are rural so there will be country sounds. The area is a very quiet area as all the neighbours are working family people, with their house and plot. The house is walking distance of 40 minutes to the Port of Andratx, 5 minutes to the nearest beach and golf course. The house is situated next to all types of transport, buses and taxi. In Andratx, there are some lovely restaurants which are much cheaper than the Port that is up to each client where they go and eat, but there will be information for the clients to know where to eat and where to go on the island which is special. There is air con in one bedroom on the ground floor also in the sittibg room and kitchen In all the upstairs room there are over head fans, no air con. The pool is a fun pool for sitting in deep enough to jump into, but it is not a swimming pool, you can swim in it of course but it is not large 4x5. The house has lots of character, and is a gorgeous place.

The house is situated on the edge of Andratx village, one minute walking into the centre, where there arr all the amenities, but the area is rural, with lovely views down the valley to the port. As the house sits high, lovely cool breese in summer making the house. Cool. The garden is tropical with lots of true trees in the garden. The area is quiet. Walking distance to the Port of Andratx. Bus stop and taxi rank are very near to the house.

The house has a garage if you come with one or 2 cars. Thereis also lots of free parking on the street. Bus stops and taxi rank are very near to the house.
