This was perfect for our "sister weekend stay". Right in the downtown area to access shopping and food. Not a full kitchen but perfect to have coffee, a piece of toast to start your day. Well worth the 10.oo a day parking pass.
Very easy check in and check out. Owner is very responsive.

This adorable and cozy apartment is located right in the heart of the historic district. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! We were steps away from coffee shops, bars, and the beautiful river walk area. Highly recommend!

Our two night stay was tremendous. Hunter & Misti were great as hosts. One block from the Cape Fear. Within walking distance to anything downtown. The room was cozy & comfortable. The noise from the bars was not bad. Can be a bit noisy if lots of people on the street outside using their outside voices. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for night...
Perfect place to stay if you are looking for night life and easy access to all that downtown Wilmington has to offer. Hunter is very responsive to all communications, and even informed us that we could check in early on our arrival day which was very helpful. Thank you!

Perfect location in the middle of downtown got to all the bars and restaurants easily. Would be back in a heartbeat! Checkin process very simple and owner was an awesome person!

The momentum loft is a great downtown spot to stay if you are interested in an easy walk to all things Downtown Wilmington. Great riverfront access, restaurants, nightlife, and just a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Only negative thing I have to say is that there is...
Only negative thing I have to say is that there is not really a kitchen. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and sink and that was pretty much it as far as a kitchen goes. There was plates cups provided. But we were prepared to cook all meals and that changed without a stove or oven available.

The place was lovely & clean & cozy.The noise from the street & pub below made for restless evenings.We did not sleep well.It may not bother some younger folks though.We were tempted to just go down & join the fun but not our scene.
