The Surf is a private oceanfront community with a coded security gate. The zero entrance pool is located in the courtyard. There are two beach access walkways with each having a sitting area and shower. In the summer there is often a sea turtle nest on the oceanside of the sand dune. Should you be onsite during a hatching, it's an occasion you will not forget. From our balcony you can view the ocean and hear the waves. You can also watch your loved ones play in the pool while you sit comfortably on our deck.
***Please note - we are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are steps. No condo at The Surf has an elevator.

Surf City is halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville NC off highway 17. Both offer places of interest. Your visit can be as active or relaxing as you wish. Within 2 miles of the condo are two public playgrounds for children. Nightlife abounds at various places on the island. Local seafood is always a treat.
