Away from the hub, this attractive,quiet home, set on creek frontage with a jetty and boat access that leads to the Broadwater few hundred metres downstream. Variety of bird and fish life regularly frequent the creek. (Ducks,herons,pelicans + more)

3 Bedroom home with large open plan living areas that open out on to the swimming pool which overlooks the creek. Well equipped kitchen with views up the creek.

5 minute short stroll will take you to shops, plethora of restaurants/coffee and public transport that will take you over the full coast line.
This home is for the discerning traveller who may like to enjoy the noisier pleasures of the Gold Coast and its beautiful beaches but then get away and relax in this little quiet hideaway.

This house had many positives location, pool, games area, but the cleanliness let it down very grotty

The location is fantastic. Close to Harbour Town and Centro shopping centre.The Spit is just a short drive. Everything you could need is in the house. Just like being at home. It was great having the pontoon there as we launched our boat at Loaders Creek Boat Ramp and had the boat tied up to the pontoon for our entire stay. Georgie & Lou( the owners) are great to deal with. We even took our dog. The pool was great to cool off in. Will be back again.

About the neighbourhood
Southport has become a great area with shops, restaurants and China Town all within walking distance.
The Broadwater Parklands edges Southport which is ideal for long walks or boating and fishing activities. The Broadwater Parklands quite often has various entertainment and several different playgrounds for children of all ages.
China Town hosts many great Asian restaurants and has many activities such as monthly markets and various Asian celebrations.
A short 600 metre walk will take you to Chirn Park which is fast becoming a great cafe and restaurant precinct. It also has a Spa supermarket,BWS bottle shop,post office and a few boutique shops.
Getting around
Although a car is handy to have if wanting travel further afield. Public transport is probably your best way to go to SeaWorld and Surfers Paradise.
The 704 Bus will take you too Seaworld, Main Beach and going th eother way will take you to the outlet shopping of Harbor Town and Helensvale train station which takes you to Brisbane.
The Tram leaves every 6 minutes at Southport and will take you to the University one way or Surfers Paradise, Broad beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
