This apartment is big enough to sleep 8 adults with a king size bed, a queen sized bed, a double bed and two single beds. The building has a newly equipped gym with commercial grade equipment and heated outdoor swimming pool.

Spacious condo in excellent location
We booked at this Redcliffe property for our extended family. The location is wonderful, near to Brisbane and the airport, a fine selection of restaurants and services within walking distance, and the building is right on the ocean. The condo is at the rear of the building, which still provides views over portions of Moreton Bay and all the way out to the Glasshouse Mountains. The condo is quite spacious, with good amenities, and very comfortable. A few things need repairing or replacing but nothing so critical that they impacted our enjoyment of the vacation. Overall, well worth it.

Thanks for the kind review. I am aware the outdoor sofa and table needed replacement and in fact this week replaced both of these. We do check and replace anything we find defective or is reported to us normally as soon as possible. In the case of the outdoor furniture it took a bit longer than normal to locate the right sized items for the large area and then having time between bookings to construct and replace. Safe, Secure, Sunsets, and Satisfied
This property worked very well for our large group of seven. We felt very safe, secure, and secluded on this 7th floor penthouse apartment as it was both spacious and very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets as we relaxed outside on the large balcony. Michael, the owner, was very timely and gracious with his responses to our emails. Kathy, along with her daughters, were great receptionists and helpful with all our questions.

Beautiful Spacious apartment
Excellent very clean and well equipped. Beautiful apartment. I would highly recommend this to anyone we had a brilliant time, children loved it. The balcony with Spa and BBQ was brilliant. There is not one thing I could fault here I am ready to book again. :-)

Spacious well equipped apartment
Two families stayed at this apartment and there were plenty of room. The unit is spacious and very well equipped, both families loved this unit. The outdoor entertainment area was wonderful bbque, spa and plenty of seating. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of fabulous restaurants close by and the waterfront, lagoon was a big hit with the children and the Sunday markets were fabulous...

About the neighbourhood
Redcliffe is centrally located 20 minutes from Brisbane Airport to allow day trips to both Surfers Paradise or the Sunshine Coast and the many attractions of those regions. Attractions include: Whale watching, Australia Zoo, Parachuting, Windsurfing, Kite boarding, Dreamworld. Movieworld, Sea World, Wet and Wild, Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, Tangalooma Wild Dolphin resort and much much more. The apartment is on Marine Parade which is the road parallel to Suttons beach, as such it is a 3 minute walk onto the beach as well as to the local shops and market. Apartment is in a secured building with street access from front and rear. It has a manned service desk during daylight hours for ease of picking up keys. Arrangements can be made for collection outside of these hours. Complex has a heated swimming pool and fully equipped gym. Secure underground parking for two cars with CCTV
Getting around
For the beach and local area a car is not needed. There is a bus stop around 200m from the rear of the apartment which will access the nearby train stations and allow easy regular travel into Brisbane itself. For other main attractions such as Australia Zoo, the Gold and Sunshine coast and Amusement parks a car is recommended. We have spacious secure underground parking.

How to get there
Travel Directions 30 kilometres north of Brisbane via the Gateway Motorway. Situated right across from Suttons beach near Anzac Ave. If travelling north from Gold Coast, Brisbane or the airport use the Redcliffe exit (Deagon Deviation). Cross the Hornibrook Bridge onto the peninsular. Veer right once you have crossed the bridge and follow the course of the road around the foreshore, Veer left onto Oxley Avenue. Continue along Oxley Ave until the traffic lights at Anzac Avenue and turn right . Proceed down Anzac Ave until you reach the roundabout, turn right onto Marine Parade, Redvue is 300m down on your Right. If travelling south from Sunshine Coast, Bribie Island or the Glasshouse Mountains use the Deception Bay exit (Deception Bay Road)turn left at the lights(onto Deception Bay Road). Continue along Deception Bay road until the roundabout and veer/turn left onto Anzac Avenue. Proceed down Anzac Ave until you reach the roundabout, Turn right onto Marine Parade, Redvue is 300m down on your Right. Nearest Train Station Kipparing 4km away. Bus available during day to apartment area.
