The property and neighborhood is beautiful. The house is elevated over the river with an amazing view. The house has very comfy beds and 4 bathrooms. We enjoyed the board games. There was quite a lack of grocery stores or restaurants close by. We made sure to get supplies while we were out on our excursions. We highly recommend Grayson Highlands and biking the VA creeper trail.

We stayed at the River Perch last year and fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the cabin and its surroundings. So we came back this year and were not disappointed. The cabin was as nice as we remembered it. We cannot wait to return.

Second time we have stayed at River Perch and plan to come back next year. Beautiful home and view, well stocked, comfortable home. We love the area eventhough it is a bit far from towns which confuses GPS some.

We had a wonderful visit and the views were amazin...
We had a wonderful visit and the views were amazing. First day after arriving we were greeted with a beautiful rainbow. It was very peaceful. Be sure to bring your toiletries and washing detergent it was not provided.
The cabin was very clean. There were several light bulbs burned out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
