“The Lucky Ducker” (formerly Bella Vista) is a lovely beach house close to the beach with a private pool! The pool deck has plenty of room for you to lounge while the kids splash and play! The cabana bar, beside the hot tub, has easy access for drinks with a TV to catch all the games while enjoying the pool area. All this and so close to the beach! There is a rec room on the ground level with a full size pool table, wet bar, with full size refrigerator, and a seating area with LCD TV. Inside is a spacious and lovely interior with tasteful furnishings and appointments. Decks made with Trex decking are easy on the feet. The Great Room deck has partial ocean views and there is plenty of room on two levels for relaxing in the ocean breezes.
