The host was amazing and great communication. The house was perfect. Had the basic plus more.
The layout of the house is great for families and families meeting up with each other. Just bring out the woods makes the property more than amazing.
We went into blowing rock, sugar, app and beech ski resort and also tweent trails and grandfather mountain and Jonas ridge snow tubing… mile wise everything is close but driving in mountain times. Makes everything about an hour or so but it nice to stay out of the big city.

Our family stay was a fun and relaxing time. Every morning we were able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the back porch where we saw our deer family walking through or a couple of bucks fighting it out.
The house was ideally located for our adventures in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. When a minor issue arose, the owner waa extremely attentive and was able to remedy the situation quickly and minimally affecting our stay. We loved our stay at the Selah house and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, central to many activities. The house works great for families with lots of sleeping spaces, areas for adult conversation, a whole floor for kid's entertainment and relaxing outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was immaculate.

We had a great stay at this clean, modern cabin known as “Selah.” The instructions from the owner were clear and easy to follow. Cabin was gorgeous. Showers are modem and very nice. I really liked the high-end soaps provided. Property was lovely - saw turkeys, deer and a few rabbits. Walk to the creek was a nice feature. Local BBQ restaurant (JD’s Smokehouse) was outstanding (food and service). Gated community was a plus and provided ample privacy. We were also blessed with amazing weather that allowed us to visit several of the local towns and points of interest. I highly recommend to anyone.

It was a busy weekend watching Hickory Crawdads baseball! After a long day, I had trouble finding the towels! Might have been the long day and a glass of wine 😃. Place was perfect, well stocked with those items you forget ( sugar for coffee, dish soap, sealed bags for food, etc). Family loved playing pool and foose ball). Grill was perfect and feed many! Had a chance to drive over to the other side of the community and checked out the docks! Very nice. We will have to check the total mileage for a good morning walk! ❤️💪. See ya soon! EC
