The living room has a pull out sofa which can be used as a bed. There's a flat screen HDTV, high speed WiFi internet. The open kitchen is well equipped with flatware, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and other appliances you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It even has a bar/island for eating. We also provide fresh sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. The bathroom is brand new, fully renovated. The apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Roosevelt Avenue, where you will find lines of diverse restaurants, diners, bars, markets and small shops. If you need anything, there are pharmacies and supermarkets that are open 24 hours around too. For traveling, we are in close proximity and quick walking distance to nearby subway trains, LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) trains and bus stop. The 7 train and Queens bus lines are a couple blocks away, it takes about 20 minutes to Manhattan, 15 by express (8 stops by train to Grand Central - 42 Street). It's a relaxing atmosphere after a long day from the city. Garage parking is available upon request. More

No smoking in the apartment. However, you can walk outside of the building to smoke if necessary. No pets allowed. Please take you shoes off when entering the apartment as the wood floors are polished and delicate. There is a shoe area with a shoe rack for your shoes. As there are other residents living close by, please keep noise level to a minimum. Quiet hours after 9:00pm. Be courteous and respectful of others. Please treat the apartment as you would your own. With respect & kindness.

Clean apartment in good location

Tidy, modern apartment, close to public transport and shops. Less than 30 mins from Times Square. We were very happy with our holiday accommodation, owners were helpful with our check in and check out needs. Would stay here again.
