Holiday Rental House
Fantastic location across from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. FREE Wi-FI. Conveniently located near a supermarket and public transportation. The house has three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The large living and dining area and kitchen are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you are not into cooking, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more nearer the Falls. We are fully permitted and certified by the City of Niagara Falls that we meet all building and fire codes required to operate a vacation rental. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. ...Fantastic location across from the Aquarium and the Niagara Gorge. A quick walk, half a mile, to the Falls themselves. FREE Wi-FI. Located a stone's throw from the Niagara Falls and opposite the aquarium. The area is older and seems like it is being revived by a new wave of home owners. The home we stayed was ideal, with parking for one car, very comfortable and clean....More

Interaction with guests
Guests are given a key code prior to their arrival so they do not need to 'make an appointment' to meet us with a key. We usually do not see our guests BUT we are very close by if they need us.

About the neighbourhood
The house is situated in the Park Place Historic District within a typical rust belt city. It is a national historic district located at Niagara Falls in Niagara County, New York. It encompasses 89 contributing buildings. It is principally a residential district built up between 1885 and 1928. The dominant architectural styles are Italianate, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, and Arts and Crafts. This an urban environment with a diverse racial and socioeconomic population. While many of the big old houses in the area are lovely and well maintained, there are others that are neglected or empty. It is an area that is slowly being brought back to life with new people and energy.
