We had the best weekend in a lovely cottage. Lots of peace and quiet with trout fishing, horseriding and beautiful views. We cannot wait to return!!

From the moment we arrived at Patsy and Andrew's Watersmeet Cottage, we had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable and characteristic, with special touches. The comfortable and cosy lounge has a wonderful fire place, which we made use of on a rainy day....More

About the neighbourhood
The property is 12km from Dullstroom on a tar road. Dullstroom is known for its trout fishing, birding, mountain biking and walking. It is a tourist destination half way to the Kruger from OR Tambo Airport. The area is very reminiscent of Scotland with it rolling hills, and the mist that rolls in. The scenery is breathtaking, and especially in the private valley of Walkersons Estate.

Airport: Walkersons Airstrip - : 1.0 km
From OR Tambo Airport take the N4 heading east to Nelspruit. Take the Belfast turnoff and proceed on the R540 to Dullstroom. 12kms from Dullstroom heading to Mashishing/Lydenburg you will find Walkersons Private Estate on the right hand side. Continue down the hairpin bends to the Security gates where you will be greeted and given the keys.
