The property was on the river, and all the people were very nice! we loved the wildlife and love going up to the mountain and playing in the snow. We will definitely come back and we will recommend you to everyone.

Relax Midtown on the River was a perfect spot for my solo stay in Ruidoso with my small dog. The location is perfect for access to downtown with private parking. Reed was great at communicating and making sure I had what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Just what we were looking for and imagined.
Can't beat location. We could walk to everything in town which was great for we love to walk and hike along with our two fur babies.
Town is dog friendly.
We did drive to places to hike out of mid-town.
Which were plenty.
You would not know you were in town for back deck overlooked river and view of Sierra Blanca in distance.
One bedroom was all we needed with living and kitchen, etc. Perfect all comforts, but with adventure.
Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Reed was (is) fantastic.

It was very clean and cozy. It was in a great area, close enough to shopping that you could just walk then go back to your place by the river. Very relaxing. Will come back again!

This property is centrally located, and convenient to all the shops and restaurants if you prefer to walk. Proximity to the river is nice too. Cute and clean. It was a nice stay for me and my husband. Host was communicative. Sometimes even a little too much so, but I appreciated he wanted us to have a nice stay.

This is our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it and will visit again. Everything is within walking distance. The property was neat and well stocked with everything you need. Reed is great and quick to respond. The new AC was a nice bonus but you can’t beat the cool mountain air and the sound of the river with the windows open in the evening. This is our go to from now on.
