Every day when you wake, you'll be treated to a spectacular breakfast of various choices including our classic eggs benedict, spicy scrambled eggs and home-made granola to name just a few. We pride ourselves on serving up what we think is the best breakfast you'll get at any private villa in Bali.

Absolutely beautiful Villa, massive bedrooms each with own bathrooms TV air conditioning etc. Amazing open area looking out to the Pool which was perfect and gave enough shade to cool off. Staff were amazing from airport collect to drop off with PJ. The manager Tjas was extremely helpful and always happy and friendly and each day we received a beautiful, cooked breakfast, I recommend the Banana Pancakes. Very safe area, quiet at night but great location to go anywhere. My family had a wonderful time and of all the Villa's I have stayed in over the years this was by far the most impressive.

Fabulous, safe and wonderful staffed Villa
As a regular visitor to Bali we never stayed in a villa before. This was a family trip with our adult children, their partners and grand daughter. The staff could not have done enough for us from the moment we were picked up at the airport right through to heading home. The breakfast each day was sensational, staff continually cleaned the villa and supported us when we had questions about anything in the area. Can’t thank all the beautiful staff at the villa and the night security staff were super friendly. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely make further bookings.

Home away from Home.
From the moment my family and friends enter this villa, our second visit, we are relaxed. This villa has the total package, great staff, villa setup, location and the feeling of safety and security, with your own personal security guard every night. I fully recommend this villa, for your next Bali holiday.

Perfect Space, Perfect Location, Awesome Staff
We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Villa Lamunan- 4 adults, 7 teenagers/ young adults. Nothing could have been more perfect for our group than this spacious and beautifully appointed villa. The bedrooms were spacious, and the enormous ensuite bathrooms in each of them was awesome! There were open spaces, including 2 lounge areas, for us all to spill out onto, as well as the lovely pool and courtyard area! All happy? Absolutely!
Breakfast- incredible. There are no more words!
With the Villa being in the heart of a fabulous restaurant, bar and shopping district, all of us were able to find our fit, even if it did mean some of us staying up waiting for the night clubbers to make it home on occasion!
The beach was short walk down 'Bilbo's Lane' as we called it (thanks to the villa we would pass on our way to the beach that we thought would have looked just as comfortable in 'The Shire'). We had many lovely sunset nights and dinners in the Legian/ Seminyak beach district knowing we had a short, safe walk home.
PJ our driver was incredibly accommodating with all we asked of him. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was able to set up some amazing day trips for us, and he was wonderfully informative, and patient with us when we had a million questions!
On that note, it is the staff at Villa Lamunan who we think make this special piece of paradise really shine. An opulent Villa with all the trimmings is really only a beautiful building without the warmth of people. Villa Lamunan is alive with the most welcoming, generous, happy, kind hearted, efficient, professional, beautiful people you could ever imagine.
Tyas- you area a superstar. Nothing was too much for you. Marde, Marde, Ari, Maxi and all the crew, you are outstanding representatives for the Villa and you made our stay at Lamunan the most incredible experience. You made the perfect place sublime!

Villa Lamunan provided a perfect holiday setting for our 2 families. Beautiful atmosphere with plenty of space and areas to retreat to.
Walking distance to so many shopping and restaurant strips. Short walk to beach.
Staff are so very friendly and accommodating. We received many great tips and learnt a lot about their culture from them. Breakfast each morning was just delicious. PJ, their driver, went way and beyond to provide us with daily excursions and help us in times of need.
Many thanks to all your staff for such an enjoyable stay.

Great Villa - Great Location
An amazing Villa in a perfect location. This was our second stay here with multiple
Families. The villa is big enough for many people to have their own space, while the shared areas bring everyone together nicely. The air conditioned, king, en-suite bedrooms are first class, matched by the daily breakfast, first class service and modern amenities. Can’t recommend the Villa enough!

Family-friendly location for a perfect stay
We stayed in the Villa Lamunan with our family for a week.
We were impressed by the high quality of the offered services, the kindness and responsiveness of the personnel.
The very spacious rooms, open courtyard, swimming pool and both open living areas arevery clean, modern and classy. The breakfast is also highly recommended.
It is very easy to access the beach by foot, or to go to any of the nearby restaurants and shops.
I do highly recommend this location!

Perfect villa, great location and very friendly
Stayed in the villa for a week with my family as I was getting married in Bali. Great location, amazing villa with a modern style and each room was very spacious. All the staff members were very kind and made our stay unforgettable. Big plus for the daily breakfast and the pool! Would definitely come again!

Villa Lamunan Seminyak South is perfectly located on the boundary of Legian and Seminyak, situated in a quiet lane and only 5 minutes walk from the famous Legian / 66 beach, restaurants, shopping districts and all the excitement that Bali has to offer.
