Our side by side duo of 3-bedroom villas boast the most accessible location to the beach, renowned Ku De Ta Beach Club, and an inexhaustible array of restaurants and cafes along Eat Street. Yep, everything you could possibly ask from your vacay is a stone’s throw away. DID WE MENTION YOU'LL HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL? Because we all know it’s not a Bali holiday without your own private pool! But we also think everyone deserves a little extra luxury when they’re on holiday; this is your time to unwind! With 2 King bedrooms and accompanying tropical ensuite bathrooms, and 1 Junior King, a slightly smaller room (best suited for children) utilising the existing villa bathrooms, your Saudara villa will comfortably sleep a maximum of 6 guests. In your bedroom, you’ll be treated to: + King Bed (the third bedroom can be configured as a King bed, two singles or an enclosed lounge at your request) with mosquito nets + Air-conditioner and ceiling fan + 32-inch television (with satellite TV) + Wardrobe for your boardies and bikinis* + Electronic safe* + Workspace with desk and chair* *King Bedroom's only And when it’s time to freshen up, your bathrooms include: + Tropical indoor/outdoor waterfall shower + Aromatic Essential Oil bath products + Bath towels, hand towels, face washers + Hairdryer (Australian 2000watt) + Ironing facilities + Bottles of safe drinking water( for drinking and to use for brushing your teeth) The services included to make sure your stay is to die for: + A full-time, private Butler* (8 hours per day) to look after all the minutiae of your stay. Fabulous 5 star accomodation

My family of 9 and myself ,spent 10 days at wonderful Saudara Villas. What a wonderful experience we all had.. It is super clean and all amenities that you need for a comfortable stay everything you need and more. Wonderful staff, Wyana and Julie go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and are wonderful with children. We had a Balinese buffet dinner which was all cooked at the villa by the wonderful stuff. It was amazing. Our trips etc were organised for us making it easy. It is very close to all amenities and restaurants that you need With a quick walk to the Beautiful beaches to see amazing sunsets what more could you want? We would highly recommend anybody if you’re looking for first class accommodation this is the place . Congratulations to Anna and staff. We’ll be back. Sandy and family .Adelaide SA

Exceptional

Our stay with Saudara was superb! We loved every minute of being in Seminyak and saying in Villa one. The staff (Wayan and Ketut) were delightful, they went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. The facilities were exception and we could not fault the stay in any way. The beds were super comfy and the villa and rooms were always cool and clean. The service we received was unlike we have ever received, no request was too much trouble. We can’t wait to go back.

Family celebrations and memories to treasure for ever!

Thank you Saudara staff for hosting our family holiday, wedding and 40th birthday. The Villa location is amazing, stones throw from the beach, restaurants and shops. The Villa is kept immaculate. The staff are so diligent and friendly, nothing is to much trouble. Anna was easy to deal with when booking. Thank you for an incredible stay. Can’t wait to come back.

The most wonderful staff and villa

The staff are the most wonderful people we have ever met. We had the pleasure of having Ketut and Dian as our regular staff and Villa manager Wayan and they truly all went above and beyond to exceed our expectations for our family’s stay. The villa itself was beautiful but the girls truly made our holiday one to remember. The kids both miss you already and we cannot wait to come back. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Thank you

10/10 cannot fault

What a villa!!! We booked Saudara one and friends booked two and both equally stunning. Beds 10/10 comfy and clean Location 10/10 few minute walk to Kudeta, beach and seminyak square. Service 10/10 Anna was so quick with her response and reassured us that everything will be sorted on arrival from drivers, to day trips to menus. And she was so right. Once we arrived we had a driver pick us up and take us back, we met our Nanny/butler Ketut and Julie and Wayan the manager. All with huge smiles. They looked after us so well and nothing was to big of an ask. Pool 10/10 warm pool to jump in at any time of day or night is much needed in Bali especially in March. It was so hot and the pool was used more then I thought possible. It would be hard to not choose this villa again because everything was so great here. The fact we could holiday with friends and connect our two villas was great too. I would definitely return here.

Home away from home

Great service and everything was looked after by our butler ketut. She cooked uk yummy food that suits our dietary requirements and was so caring. The place is fantastic and felt like home. Centrally located and easy to access yet safe and private. 5/5 must stay.

Would highly recommend!!

The villa was exceptional. The level of service we received at Saudara was phenomenal. We were greeted by friendly staff who were able to fulfil any of our wishes, we had meals cooked for us, laundry organised, day trips organised, shopping picked up for us etc. having the butler service was so great especially when staying with a young child. The Villa itself was very well kept, they had a lot of amenities available to use including filtered water, bug spray, games, hair straighteners, pool toys etc. We really should have packed more lightly as everything had been thought of. The rooms were spacious and having the pool right there was super handy, they organised a pool fence for us which was great with a toddler. Centrally located walking distance to so many shops and food outlets in Seminyak. We stayed at a resort for the second half of our trip but wish we just stayed at Saudara for our whole trip. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Second time visit - highly recommend!

We had another marvellous stay at Saudara One. It was our second time, first was 2019, this most recent visit May 2023. We had the same butter, Ketut, look after us, and she was again, so amazing. She looked after our every need in her quiet yet efficient manner. She and her fellow staff members minded our kids and even our friends kids for the afternoon and we felt completely comfortable. They even did a session with the kids to teach them about their Hindu culture and made an offering with them. Everyone from booking with Anna (in Australia) to Wayan (the customer relation manager) to Ketut made our trip so memorable and EASY. They are a wonderful team. The villa is very well maintained, beautiful beds and bathrooms and gorgeous gardens. A+ location close to beach and Ku De Ta. Highly recommend. Oh and we did a cocktail party at the villa with Coco Loco organised through Anna the owner and it was so fun!
