This is an updated Condo with all updated features. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steal appliances. The unit has it own out door space with a barbecue and grill with tables and chairs to relax. We are one block away from the 9th st light rail and congress and one block away from the express bus to times square.

It could have been much better
An old apartment with a shower that needed restoration. The window air conditioning unit’s window seal on one side was nonexistent. There was evidence of mouse activity. The worst thing was that customer support was nonexistent. An email sent prior to our arrival was not answered, nor was a telephone message returned. The lock box was across the street from the property, not where the confirmation email said it was. Luckily, someone answered the phone when I called to ask them where it was. There were no instructions on the apartment. There was an overhead fan in the living room that we couldn’t use because there were no instructions on where the remote control was.

Felt like home
Condo is very comfortable, the 2 AC's where a lifesaver during the heatwave! Can't say anything negative about the place. Nice and clean, with everything in there you need, really felt like home. Shops are very close, restaurants (KFC , Mcdonalds, Subway, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts etc.. all at walking distance.
There is also a very nice playground near by. Going to NYC is easy, Busses (119 & 123), light rail to PATH train (which brings you to 33rd street Herald Square). Neighborhood feels safe, people are friendly, never had any problems. I'm gonna miss it.
