Beautifully Upgraded 2 Story Home with One Of A Kind Backyard! Drive only 10-15 min from the Strip and 20-25 min from the Airport. The yard is truly an Oasis with Covered Patio and BBQ. The Private Pool area is unmatched Resort Type area created as unique Custom Designer's Model: Tropical plantations and Palms decorated with lights, Concrete Rock Mountains with Waterfalls illuminated by lights, Outdoor Shower area, Beach Pool Entry, Grotto, Underwater Color-changing lights, Swim-up Bar with Underwater stools and In-ground 2nd BBQ area!!! Note: On some cold days/nights, the pool may not be usable. Pool heating is additional $50 per day. The hot tub - grotto can be used all year around, heating is included in the rental rate. About the neighbourhood

The area mostly consists of housing subdivisions, with strip malls lining the large boulevards that connect suburban Las Vegas to the Strip. The Spring Valley Community and Desert Breeze parks are within walking distance form the property. Spring Valley is the home of tennis players Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, as well as former Sacramento Kings owners George and Gavin Maloof. The Sultan of Brunei used to keep a residence there, and Carrot Top has his Las Vegas residence in the area. Blogger and reality TV personality J.Son Dinant resides in Spring Valley. NASCAR drivers Kurt and Kyle Busch attended Durango High School in Spring Valley, as did actress Cerina Vincent and BMX celebrity T. J.
