The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate.

Was a very good stay everything was smooth. Close and convenient to the strip and restaurants. The host was responsive and provided simple easy instructions. Overall great week.

Our famiky spent an enjoyable time at this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was well stocked and their was ample room for our large family. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend thos home to other families.

We stayed here with our adult/teenage kids for a short trip to see the Mat Franco show, walk the strip, and do some hiking. All the kids/couples had their own room and there was a nice place for us to gather. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the strip. The house had plenty of everything we needed. This was so much better and more cost effective then getting two hotel rooms.

We were looking for a place close to the strip tha...
We were looking for a place close to the strip that had enough room for 3 adults. This home had what we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood but know it has school traffic twice a day as it's less than a block from a middle school. The traffic is pretty quiet though so no problems sleeping in. The home itself is older but has been much improved. The bedrooms are mostly comfortable but with tile throughout, sound carries. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all comfortable and have the basics. We did have to search but found the washer, dryer in a shed out the side door and both worked well (bring your own supplies). It was late November so we dis not use the outdoor facilities although we did see the pool cleaner twice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Me and my best friend of 45 years stayed here and relaxed, swam, watched movies, ordered in and just had the most wonderful stress free mini vacation. The house is very clean and well stocked with towels, great kitchen. Stay here. You won’t be sorry.
