Built at least around the 15th Century, on a roc of granit, in the very heart of the famous #Sidobre, this Seigniorial flour mill has gone through the Centuries but still has it's flour millstones which are turning for visitors. Merveilleux sejour au calme dans un lieu magnigique
Très beau gîte au bord de l'eau, nous avons profité de la pêche (plusieurs truites sauvages de plus de 40cm en bas du gîte!!!), belles balades et découverte du Sidobre et les alentours du moulin. Jean-Pierre nous a embarqué dans un voyage dans le temps en nous racontant l'histoire de son moulin - quelle passion! Et quel projet merveilleux que de vouloir faire revivre ce vieux moulin! Une chose est certaine: nous allons revenir nous reposer au Moulin de Record, un havre de paix dans ce monde de bruts! Merci à Jean-Pierre et à Gabrielle pour leur hospitalité et leur générosité.
