Rent our spacious 5 bedroom, 5 ½ bath lake-front home. We are located in a beautiful cove with a gorgeous view of the main channel. The gently sloping lot offers a path down to the lake and a 3-slip boat dock with swim platform.(watercraft and lifts not provided) Should you desire to rent boats we can help arrange for dockside delivery of pontoons and waverunners for our guests. (subject to availability). Located in Linn Creek, between Osage Beach and Camdenton, at mile marker 28, we are just minutes from a variety of activities including a large selection of restaurants and shops, a 110-store Outlet Mall, Big Surf water park, go-cart track, caves, day spas, golf and miniature golf, just to name a few. Harmony is privately owned and managed. The main level consists of 3 master bedroom suites, a large living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath. The large living room has vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, bar, flat-screen TV with Cable programming and Dvd/vcr, stereo with CD-player, local and long-distance phone (International calls not included), Hi-Speed and Wireless Internet access, and a sliding glass door that leads to the upper deck. You can relax on the spacious upper deck to enjoy the sunrise and fresh air. The dining room has vaulted ceilings, a grand table that seats 14, and a beautiful view of the lake through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is very open, with vaulted ceilings, custom oak cabinets, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, crockpot, coffee maker, blender and many other amenities to make you feel at home. 2 of the main level bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has 2 extra-long twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, alarm clock, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets. A powder room is also on the main level. The lower level has a grand game room with great lake views through the large windows and sliding glass door, complete with Pool table, Ping-Pong , Air Hockey, full-size Arcade game (16 games, including Ms. PacMan, Donkey Kong and Space Invaders, to name a few), Game Cube with 2 controllers and games, Dart board, another kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, sink and coffee maker), pub table, game table, queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. Adjacent to the game room you will find another master suite with queen-size bed, full bathroom, TV and a sliding glass door that leads to the hot tub, a kids' bunk-room (2 full-size futons on the lower and twin mattresses on upper bunks) with TV, another full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower deck and patio has a hot tub, tables and chairs, outdoor firepit, gas and charcoal BBQ's. Amenities: 3-slip Boat Dock with Swim Platform (watercraft and lifts not provided) and Fish Cleaning Station, Local and Long-distance Phone (International calls not included), Hi-speed and Wireless Internet Access, Air Conditioning, Central Heat, Wood-burning Fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, 2 DVD players, 2 Stereo/CD Players, 2 Full Kitchens, Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Refrigerators (one with ice maker), 2 Blenders, 2 Coffee Makers, Crockpot, Cooking Utensils, Dishes and Silverware, Bed Linens, Pillows, Towels, Washer, Dryer, On-Site Safe, Pool Table with Ping-Pong Conversion, Game Cube, Arcade Game, Dart Board, Air Hockey, Board games, Gas and Charcoal BBQ Grills, Hot Tub, Outdoor Firepit, Garage and Driveway with Ample Parking. Excellent Home and View.

Awesome home for a group!!
