Casa Brava Extra-Private Modern Architecture in Jungle Setting with big Pacific Ocean Views! Very Private! Stunning modern large loft apartment located in one of the premier locations, walk to fantastic restaurants, shopping, surfing or just sitting at cafes for people watching. Yet the property is just far enough away and totally private to still offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, unspoiled jungle, and the quaint village of Sayulita. There is amazing bird watching from the house: the little green parrots, the Black-throated Magpie Jays, Macaws and even Chachalacas ( if you never see one, you'll definitely hear it); these are a few of the 336 species living in the area. Let help arrange for an incredible whale watching tour from December until e...

Exceptional architecture and modern design. It's a perfect spot of peace and quiet with breathtaking views of a legendary surf break, with enough distance from town to buffer you from its nonstop frenetic energy. The staff are terrific and the WIFI is the fastest I...More

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays are $155/nt. Ask about our Last Minute discounts of up to 25% off. Also, lower rates for our Guest House and Main House. Rate includes all taxes, housekeeping, laundry service, WIFI. However, this does not included the customary gratuity for the house staff and for this we suggest $5 - $8 dollars USD, per day.
The Apartment does not have access to the swimming pool or the VOiP phone.

About the neighbourhood
Please note: Although there have been no reported cases of Zika virus in the area and you are pregnant or considering getting pregnant, please talk to your physician before coming down. As a precaution, we suggest taking out travel insurance.

Also, Sayulita, like all of Mexico, is a lively town with many traditions and you might be lucky enough to arrive during one of the many festivals. In addition to hearing the waves crash and crickets chirping, you might also hear music, kids playing, the parrots screeching and roosters doing their wake up calls. Please feel free to contact me before booking if you are particularly sensitive to this atmosphere.
Getting around
The village begins at the bottom of our road, right where the palm lined avenue was just completed. From our front door it is an easy 10 minute stroll to the very center of the village plaza or the beach (unless you stop along the way to window shop, buy a smoothie or eat. A car isn't necessary but lots of folks do prefer to have a car or rent a golf cart while at the house. You can always get a $5 taxi to the house, day or night... they are waiting on the plaza. Ask us to help arrange transportation from the airport or we really like Gecko Car rental and Sixt. During the summer months, roads can get slippery in the rain, so golf carts or 4-wheel drive are best. For golf carts, our renters really like Pacific Coast Golf Carts.

How to get there
Airport: PVR: 37.0 km
Driving Directions:
When exiting the airport, it doesn't matter if you travel by rental car or taxi because you'll already be on the road, Hwy 200 all the way to Sayulita (just drive north, away from Vallarta). Follow the signs to Compostela & Tepic, going north on Hwy 200. Continue on Hwy 200 through the towns of Mezcales and Bucerias. After you pass through Bucerias, the road changes from 4-lane to 2-lane and you continue on. You'll suddenly realize that you've left town life for jungle scenery, driving into the jungle for the next 30 minutes or so. After a while you'll pass through the town on San Ignacio (you can't miss all the speed bumps). In another 10 minutes or less, you'll see the Sayulita sign and left turn lane off of the highway and head toward...
