We loved the location. Close enough to everything but far enough away that it was very quiet. I wish we realized sooner that the Gas Station at the entrance to the property was much more than just a gas station. It has a grocery & liquor store inside. Very convenient. Easy and quick communication with the manager of the property. The property itself was well taken care of. Washer and dryer in the condo were a bonus for us. I love coming home without dirty laundry. It was perfect for us. But I would not recommend it for more than 4 adults. You could sleep 6 but the common area is small. It takes up all the extra room having the couch folded out into a bed. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back.

Nice, comfortable place. I was traveling with my adult daughter and felt very safe in our condo and the surrounding area. Lots of good food close and close to several of the main attractions.

Location was good , easy to find , the two things I disliked about condo is bathroom was needs is a door , and stairs going into condo . I just had a stroke three weeks before we came up. But overall it was nice everything wasn’t nice , I would stay again. Chris was easy to get in touch with. Thanks Chris!

Overall wonderful location, just outside of the city of Branson, close to Moonshine Beach.
Only issue was the heater was on and set to 85 when we arrived on June 25th. Other than that, property was everything it said it was.
