Property was very dirty the couch was stained.
Every single baseboard was filthy and desperately needed paint.
Master bed sheets didn’t fit.
At base of the stairs the neighbors have 2 lawn chairs 4 ash trays and a Walmart sack with about 200 cigarette butts.
Owner advertised recent remodel but if so was a half assed job.
Been renting condos in Branson for about 15 years this is my first negative review.

Overall the property was nice. We got to watch the golfers coming by which was neat. The property wasn't the cleanest. All the towels and washcloths were still in the dryer. The baseboards, headboards and other deep cleaning needed to be done also and the bathrooms had hair on the floors. Just needed a bit more attention to cleaning but overall very nice property.

If had booked more than one night a couple of issues would needed resolutions. Dirty, used sheet on sleeper couch was big issue.
Otherwise, it was sufficient for our one night need and was clean everywhere else.

This place was great, just needs a more thorough clean in my opinion. Looks like the baseboards haven’t been touched in quite a while. Check in was easy, lots of space! Overall pleasant stay!

The property smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The air conditioner was loud, making for a terrible nights rest. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful, making the entire bathroom smell of mildew. The beds were very hard, cheap Walmart pillows, and cheap bedding. Would not recommend.
