The house is well located only a short distance from two cafe strips in Leederville and Mount Hawthorn and scenic lake Monger, a 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station ( City line and north line) and buses ( to Scarborough beach). A modern 224 sqm of floor space , two story house with 2 main bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms all with BIR. The main bedroom is down stairs the rest of the down stairs comprises of a study/single bed, theatre room with TV and a large kitchen open plan living and dining area wih TV area. Also a large bathroom and toilet are next to the main bedroom. This house can accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 3 single beds.
