Seaview is a 2 level house which is fully self contained. The house has views of the water from any level and it is positioned on the beachfront road (sand track) and only a very short stroll to the water. The beach in front of the house has lovely clean white sand and shallow crystal clear blue water which is wonderful for young children and adults to swim in.
The house sits on top of a hill on the block and looks down on everything around it. You will feel like you are 'king of the castle'. The house has all cooking facilities with a 5 burner BBQ on the undercover patio and gas upright stove oven in the kitchen. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are supplied. About the neighbourhood
Seaview is surrounded by National Park on one side and a vacant bushy block of land on the other side and beach in front. There is also a narrow strip of National Park between the house and the beach in front. It has a walk track from the house to the water and you can easily see the water from the house. The road in front of the house is a sandy track and it is only 50 meters to the water. The nearest house is about 100 meters away so you certainly have privacy.

How to get there
Ferry: Tangalooma Wrecks: 8.0 km
When you arrive at the Tangalooma wrecks you depart the ferry and turn left and travel about 2 kms along the beach and then turn right off the beach and travel around the Cowan bypass road. When you come out on the beach on the northern side of Cowan you turn right and travel to Bulwer. The first turn to the right off the beach at Bulwer is the bypass road. Do not take this exit but take the next turn to the right off the beach. When you come to a T junction about 50 meters in you turn right and then you are on The Strand. Seaview is at number 57 and take the driveway up to the top of the hill. You need a 4x4 vehicle to access the house.
