The heating within the property is on a timer and will be on between 6:30am – 10am and 4pm to 10pm everyday – If you require outside of these times, there is a one off charge of £20 – payable direct to the owner. There is a step into the porch of 77 cms wide, 11 cms high. There are 2 steps between the kitchen/living room of 79 cms wide one 17.5 cms high the other 20cm high, also there is a small step from the double bedroom into the ensuite shower room 79cm wide and 8cm high.
