No.4 Church Street is a newly renovated 200 year old brick and flint cottage, located in the heart of the beautiful countryside village of Southrepps and only a short drive away to the North Norfolk coast.

Two lovely bedrooms with character features, stripped wood flooring and cosy rugs; one kingsize with pretty dual aspect windows to the side and front of the cottage and one smaller room with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms; the upstairs one has been completely updated and has an indulgent roll top bath, the other is a separate downstairs shower room with another handy sink and wc; perfect for families or couples sharing so you can each have your own bathroom. High quality soft white bedlinen, towels and hand soaps are all provided.

About the neighbourhood
Southrepps is a lovely rural village in beautiful countryside but still only 10 minutes drive to the coast at Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley.
The village has a great pub, a convenience shop and a post office, all in easy walking distance from the cottage.

Within a 30 minute drive are the pretty North Norfolk villages of Cley and Blakeney, or the breathtaking beaches at Holkam and Wells- Next-The-Sea are just 45 minutes away.

Southrepps is a great location, not only for accessing the beaches of the North Norfolk coast, but also for going to the Norfolk Broads and the city of Norwich; both just a 30 minute drive

Excellent places to eat nearby include the award winning Gunton Arms which is set in a 1000 acre deer park
Getting around
A car is recommended although not entirely necessary - there is an excellent bus route a short walk from the cottage that runs through the village and goes directly into Cromer.
Or from Cromer you can get the 'Coast Hopper' bus which runs all the way along the North Norfolk coast to Hunstanton and stops at every village along the way!

Gunton train station is less than 2 miles from the cottage and is a 30 minute journey to Norwich (from here there is also a direct link into London Liverpool Street).

Railway: Gunton Station: 3.0 km
By car - only 30 minutes drive northwards from Norwich Airport towards Cromer.

By train - easily accessible from London Liverpool Street to Norwich (2 hours) and then 30 minutes from Norwich to Gunton station. The cottage is approximately 2 miles from the station.

Parking - there is usually parking directly outside the cottage, but please note this is a public road and not private. In the rare occasion that parking is not available here, then there is plenty of free parking in the large village hall car park which is only a short walk across the road.
