The Elms provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom and country pine furniture. There is central heating throughout that keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter. Outside there are spacious grounds with a swimming pool, trampoline and climbing frame.

The Elms has two double bedrooms; each has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The large, bright lounge has a comfy settee, sprung beechwood chairs, dining table and coffee table. There is a wall mounted 32' flatscreen TV with a DVD player and FreeSAT box. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the property.

There is a kitchen area off one end of the lounge (an L-shaped room) which is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster etc.

Returned from another brilliant, peaceful and enjoyable week at the Elms. The weather wasn't the best but thankfully plenty to do in and around Sampford Brett and luckily the giant trampoline is usable even during a downpour. Jan and Phil are great hosts, greeted with...More

About the neighbourhood
Sampford Brett is a pretty and tranquil village nestling between the beautiful Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Exmoor National Park. It has a Norman church, fine 18th century cottages and a pretty stream meandering through. We are within ¾ of a mile of Williton, which has a full range of shops, pubs, an Indian Restaurant and a station on the West Somerset Steam Railway.

The coast is within 2 miles and the fossils at Kilve beach are only 5 miles away. There are numerous lovely walks and cycle rides direct from the village and various stables that offer riding for all abilities. The Coleridge Way (51 miles from Nether Stowey to Lynmouth) passes our gate and we are offer a daily drop-off and collection service for guests walking this lovely route that takes you acros...
