Your space has its own heat and air-conditioning so that you can set the desired temperature. We have easy access to M-6, 131, and I96. We are 20 minutes from Grand Rapids International Airport, 3.3 miles from Metro Hospital and less than 10 miles to Spectrum Health Butterworth, Spectrum Health Blodgett, Mary Free Bed, and St. Mary’s Hospital. The Rivertown Mall, Tanger Outlet, Cabela’s, multiple movie theatres and dozens of restaurants are within 5 minutes. We know the area well and will provide you with maps and information. We will do what we can to make your stay here in the Grand Rapids as fun and enjoyable as it can be. Guest access: There is a separate entry through the garage. There is a digital keypad and we will provide a code to use while you are staying. Guests can check in at any time. The digital keypad makes coming and going easy and safe. The code is changed after each guest departs. You will have plenty of privacy and freedom. The third stall of the garage is available for longer term guests. Interaction with guests: I give my guests space but am available when needed. We will provide a list of restaurants, theatres, and entertainment options. We are more than happy to help however we can. Other Things to Note Soaps, shampoo and conditioners are in the bathroom. Extra bedding, blankets, sleeping bags, and pillows are in the closet outside the bedroom. Extra towels and wash cloths are in the bathroom cupboards. Fantastic!!

This was my first visit to Michigan and it was amazing. I love this home! Very comfortable and clean. Had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

It’s a nice space

The place is very spacious and clean. I will say it is a redone basement so the only downside is you can hear all the movement upstairs. All in all a good stay.
