Cable package includes 250 channels including Espn, MLB network, NESN, HGTV, The cooking network, etc. There is also high-speed wireless internet and streaming services available. You can connect wirelessly to the premium Sonos speakers and play music throughout the entire living area. In the colder months, there is a working fireplace in the living room.
Sunroom: The large sunroom was renovated in 2016 and features 6 sliding doors that can all be opened to feel a cool summers breeze. There is an HDTV, Foosball table, Poker Table, Bumper Pool table, and a Pullout Sleeper sofa.
Porch/Outdoor Area: The large outdoor porch backs up to the dining room. For those that want to eat outside, it has a dining table for 6. It also features a gas fire pit area with new premium outdoor seating. Enjoy a game on the outdoor ping pong table. Feel like having a real fire? The backyard has a wood burning fire pit you can pull some chairs up to. After a long day at the beach feel free to rinse off in the large outdoor shower off the backside of the house. I have an assortment of lawn games and a gas grill and charcoal smoker available for you to use as well.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king size bed and has its own full master bath. It also includes an HDTV with an amazon fire stick available for streaming movies and TV shows. The second bedroom features 2 twin size beds and (1) Full Bed. The third bedroom has (2) twin over full bunk beds.
