About the Owner
Response Time:Within a few hours
Interaction with guests:
We have the apartment open for you when you arrive, and leave the keys on the table. That said, I'm never more than a text away, so if you need information about anything- where to eat, where to play- anything!- all you need to do is ask. I've lived year-round in Provincetown for more than 30 years, so I know the ins and outs of town pretty well.

About the neighbourhood
The far East end of Provincetown is a lively neighborhood, far enough from the hoopla to be peaceful but an easy walk or bike ride away from the excitement of downtown. There are two small markets a couple blocks away: the East End Market on Bradford St, and Angel Foods on Commercial. Fannizzi's Restaurant is about a ten minute walk for a good meal and a lovely bar, right on the water. Just up from the restaurant is the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, and a large number of galleries the town is known for. But the best thing about our place is the water, just steps from the deck and one of the best spots to swim in town. At night, the stars are spectacular!
If you like to bike, Provincetown is for you! Bikes are plentiful and easy to rent, but beware: unlocked bikes tend to disappear, so please be sure to lock up! If you have a car, we recommend you do your shopping for the week and then park it. If you need to drive, go slow and travel with good temper- it can take a while to get anywhere on a busy day, and even longer to find a place to part. Be wary of parking tickets, too- the force is out in earnest all summer, and they don't mess around! The Flex bus drives a regular route through town, from the East end out to the beaches and back. Check local schedules online. And treat yourself to a pedicab ride at least once when you're here- it's fun and a great way to see the town!

How to get there
633 Commercial Street is located between the flashing yellow light where Commercial Street and Bradford Street split, and Allerton Street, which is the first cross street off Commercial. Cabs are easily accessible from the airport or ferry. If you're traveling light, try getting a pedicab for a preliminary look at the town! There are two entrances to the building - ours is the one closer to town. You will see a wooden trash can enclosure along a walkway- just follow the walkway onto the deck, and you will find a slider entrance to #2 behind the stairs. Voila- you're home!
