The separate kitchen offers an additional seating area,in the form of a breakfast bar,which is great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning listening to the DAB radio. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven,hob,microwave,fridge,washing machine,and dishwasher,whilst a freezer and tumble dryer can be found in the garage,which also serves as a handy storage space for bikes,surfboards etc. There are two bedrooms,the first of these,a double room,has the additional benefit of its own TV. The second bedroom is an attractive twin room,with lovely seaside accents to the decoration. The property’s bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside,the property benefits from an enclosed rear garden,with lawn area,mature shrubs,and a patio with seating and a BBQ where guests may like to enjoy alfresco meals during the warmer months.
