Oceanfront cottage on Spring Hill Beach with a large deck to sit directly at ocean and a side porch to sit and view the everchanging tidal marsh. This cottage has a new galley styled kitchen with bright white cabinets, granite tops and new wood floor. Views from every room of this Cape Cod home with 3 Bedrooms, bathroom with shower, cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan in the living room plus a wood burning stove. Two of the bedrooms have marsh side views and are two small steps down from the main level. Step out your door, walk to your private dune top deck or take the path to your place on the sand and soak up the views. Enclosed hot and cold water ouside shower. Enter to the newly updated kitchen and then towards the dining table for 6 with lots of windows and views of the beach. Queen sized bedroom is off the living room and bath is just next to that. Step down one step to two bedrooms each with 2 twins. Off to the side of the living room is a sliding glass door to the side porch to relax and watch the tides of the salt marsh across the street. Very beachy as you drive up to this cottage. No homes across from it, only the gorgeous everchanging salt marsh. Wooden boardwalk on the side of the cottage that leads up to the dune top waterfront deck. Enclosed hot and cold water shower with easy access. Heating for the spring & fall & A/C for the summer. Sandwich is a place that people travel to from all parts of the US and beyond. With its charm, beauty and historic location along the shores of Cape Cod Bay it offers a lot to do with peace and quiet as well. Spend your days relaxing on the beach and your evenings strolling main street in Historic Sandwich Village. Drive only 20 minutes to where you can see a show at the Melody Tent, go to the mall or hop the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Spring Hill Beach is so very nice and private that you may just want to stay and enjoy! Salt Marsh Road is a dead end on both sides with homes only on the water side. Every property has views of the ever changing tidal marsh.
