We had a great stay at this property. We were two families (each with two adults and two preschool/elementary aged) kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The large tables in both the dining room and outdoor patio were appreciated. The backyard and view are to die for--everyone spent plenty of time outside. The location was fantastic--we were able to walk into town for breakfast, shopping, the band concert, ice cream, etc. The house is well stocked and the grill was clean. The AC could be a bit more powerful especially in the bunk room with the crib for overnight but was fine otherwise.

This property is the best spot in Chatham. The house is perfect. Walking to beach, walking to town, swimming in pond, water views. Everything about this house is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Chatham.

Loved, Loved, LOVED everything about our stay!
The location was perfect; you could walk to everything.
And the house had the most beautiful view! The kitchen is very well appointed and the sitting rooms were so cozy. We used every room in the house, as well as the 2 areas out on the patio. A really wonderful trip to a great house, a charming town and wonderful friends. Linda and Keith were very responsive and totally delightful!

Joining the chorus of people who loved their stay. The house is fabulous and I could say so much about the location. Being walkable to town and having a water view is so rare for Chatham. Our family loved this home and hope to come back again in the future!
