FREE BEACH PARKING INCLUDED during rental period at owners beach house just down the street. Large, ,sunny, modern unit, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room and kitchen. Large yard. 10 person max. 2 units this size available. No Pets, no smoking. Linens & towels included. A/C, W&D , wi-fi, & cable included. Off street parking for 2 cars only. Convenient location to downtown and the beach. June thru September is $1,900.00per week, $100.00 cleaning fee and 9% tax. Off season rates available. Deposits are non refundable. Final payments are nonrefundable. MC/Visa/Discover/ Amex accepted. Check-in time :3:00pm. Check-Out time 10:00am:

Great beach stay
Spent a week at this property offered by Jill (beach girl) with a number of family members.
3 bedrooms. Great property in great location. Far enough from the rides and boardwalk area to be quiet but close enough to walk there in 20 minutes. The private parking spot next to the beach was really handy.
The property was clean as can be. Well appointed with all pots, pans, cooking implements etc. nice size bbq grill that worked great. Spacious living room and kitchen.
Wireless and excellent tv. Washer and dryer. What not to like?
Would go back in a heart beat.
Jill was very responsive and communications were great. She was easy to get in touch with snd answered all of my questions. First rate operation. You cant go wrong with this property.
