This cottage is located in the village of Llanfihangel, near Llanfyllin, and can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms.The Owl House is a high-quality barn conversion resting near the Powys town of Llanfyllin. It boasts five bedrooms which include two super king-size zip/links with en-suite facilities, a further super-king size zip/link, a twin zip/link and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, there is also a shower room, the property can sleep 12 people. Its interior also comes with a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a snug area. To the outside, you will find around 42 acres of grounds, ample off-road parking, a decking with furniture and a gravelled area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking or lit candles. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead in the farm yard and children must be supervised as this is a working farm. Note: There is a spiral staircase at this property leading to the first floor sitting area. Note: Dogs welcome. Note: New Bookings from 1st October 2018 a £20 charge per week for second pet. NOTE - Check in time is 4:30pm and Check out time is 10am. This property does accept respectful same *** parties, stag and hen parties. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: The nearby town of Llanfyllin nestles deep in the scenic Cain Valley, surrounded by rolling hills and the Berwyn Mountains, offering a good selection of shops where you can buy all of your essentials. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with considerable architectural variety. Lake Vyrnwy, with its host of activities, including walking, sailing and cycling, and mountain backdrop of contrasting colours and fascinating nature reserve is well worth visiting.More

Wonderful place for a get-away-from it-all holiday with the whole family including the dog! Feels like you have your own private Welsh valley! Walking is fantastic and we found plenty to do. Lake Vyrnwy is definitely worth at least one visit. The Barn has been...More
