Spacious, beautiful home in the city's premier historic neighborhood, the Cherokee Triangle. Located just 1/2 block off 'Restaurant Row' (Baxter Ave/Bardstown Rd), the home is a 5 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and nightclubs.
With six bedrooms and five full baths, the 5000 sq. foot home is perfect for large families and can sleep up to 14. Flat screen televisions in each bedroom with a larger one in the living room and huge one in the family room.
Originally built in 1905, the home was fully restored in 2014. There are four levels:
First floor: Gracious entryway, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a full bath.
