Timberland, Lincolnshire, England
The Low Barn at Holmdale House has been created from two original barns, used to house farm equipment when Holmdale House was a fully functioning village farm.
Our conversion has sought to retain all the character of the original buildings whilst offering the best of modern design and facilities.
Please note that The Low Barn is situated in the village of Martin as shown on the location map, 2 miles from Timberland, its registered address on this site. The village of Martin is ideally situated for access to the east coast, the nearby cities of Lincoln and Nottingham and even convenient trains to London.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the large courtyard itself.
Retaining all of its original character with its beams and feature brick wall, the main room consists of a living and kitchen/dining area. The living area has a comfortable corner sofa, flat screen 32' tv/dvd player with HTMI and USB ports and a gas fuelled real-flame stove. The sofa also converts to a double bed.
